An adult leader disciples students by leading a weekly huddle group and serving at large group gatherings and events. We at DBSM believe the best way to love students is through 1 Thess. 2:8. Sharing the Gospel and our lives. We establish connections, equip students for life, and engage the world. This role is for young adults who are 18 and above. Expectations of Leaders: -Attend leader weekend August 23-24, 2024 -Attend every Sunday morning (10:30 am-12:30 pm) -Attend every Wednesday night (6:30 pm-9:00 pm) -Attend all local DBSM events -Engage students outside of Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. -This includes: Your co-leaders and yourself planning a minimum of one hangout a semester outside of a Sunday or Wednesday. Also, meeting with students outside of Sunday mornings or Wednesday nights -Commit to being a leader for a minimum of 9 months -Be apart of a small group, bible study, or be mentored within 6 weeks of becoming a leader
